基于回归模型的煤层含气量预测方法研究

摘要:煤层含气量是煤层气储层评价的重要参数,由于煤层含气量与测井参数的关系较为复杂,在建立数学预测模型前,对煤层含气量与测井参数作相关分析,对于相关系数较小的参数,通过构造复合参数法,提高含气量与参数的相关系数。共优选6种测井参数,建立含气量与测井信息的线性、二次多项式回归方程。对预测值进行有效性检验,证明线性和二次回归方程有效。

Abstract:

Abstract: The coal-bed methane content is an important parameter for evaluating coal-bed methane reservoir. Because the relation between coal-bed methane content and logging parameters is complex, their relativity should be analyzed before mathematical regression model is built. As the correlation coefficient is smaller, composite parameter is composited to improve the Correlation coefficient between content and logging. 6 kinds of logging parameters are optimized. Linear and two polynomial regression equation are built between methane content and log information. Linear and two regression equation are effective after validation to the predictive value.
